In 2020, a young tax consulting firm conducted the survey for the first time with its 30 employees.

There were no anomalies in the results that year.

The owner was then very surprised that a large base of employee*s (25%) joined a competitor at the end of the year.

As the first survey was almost 2 years ago, the employees had expected that there would be follow-up  surveys. This did not happen.

The owner has now reflected and has undertaken a five year contract with us for annual surveys.  This will buy back the trust of their people, whilst pre-warning the owner of any problems.
