High sickness rate

A manufacturing company that sells electric charging boxes (wallboxes) for e-cars, had a significantly high value in the employee survey concerning bullying and burnout.

The sickness rate was much higher than the industry average. Utilising the survey, the employees explicitly pointed out that they felt burned out and unappreciated. A burnout specialist was commissioned to identify the cause and provide remedial actions.

One of the main issues identified by the survey, was that the company structures had not grown organically.  This led to excessive demands.

The follow-up survey, to ensure that the measures have taken effect, is due soon.
